Special rates at hotels close to the conference venue
To make your stay in Madrid as easy as possible, we have arranged special rates with a selection of hotels near the conference venue. All of them are within easy reach of the venue and well connected to the rest of the city by public transport.
The conference runs over three days, from the pre-conference workshops on 31 March to the closing session on 2 April. Rooms at these rates are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend booking as early as you can.
